HOW TO BECOME A CUSTOMER?

If you would like to register your business as a wholesale customer of Continental Clothing Japan - Australia, please follow the simple procedure.

STEP 1

Please take a few of minutes to fully complete the New Customer Account Application. We will only collect this information once, and use it to provide a paperless service, including order processing, delivery notifications and invoicing.

We will process your application within one working day.

STEP 2

When your application has been processed, you will receive a new customer registration email with your new Customer Account Ref, and our current price list.

STEP 3

After about two hours of receiving the new customer registration email, you will be able to go online and start placing orders online.

You will not be able to set up more than one online user for your account, so please select the username and email address carefully.

The whole registration process will not take more than 2 working days at the most.


HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

After you login to your account you can start placing items into your shopping cart. Volume discount prices will be visible once you would have added the items you require to your shopping cart.

Our official price list is based in GBP, when ordering online you can view prices in AUD, NZD and USD using the top left drop-down menu. Payments can be made in any of these four currencies.

Pricing: We offer 3 type of prices.
Sample prices, pack prices and carton prices.

Pack prices are 20% off our sample price and carton prices are 30% off sample price.
Pack and Carton rates (volume discount prices) only apply to multiple purchases of the same style, colour and size.
Different sizes or colours cannot together be added to achieve better prices.

For our Australian Customers Import Duty and GST for orders under AUD$1000 is not required.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION SERVICE

We have no minimum order.


Shipping we offer a 3 to 4 day DHL service.


Payments are made after your order has been processed and can be made via EFT or Paypal.
Australian customers can make payments via EFT, free of charge to our local bank in Sydney in AUD.

After placing an order we shall email you a shipping quote for your approval. Once the shipping cost has been approved we shall then start packing your order and get it all ready for dispatch. In the mean time please proceed to paying the final amount including shipping.
